GUARANTEES
The Coin Vault guarantees the workmanship and quality of our products. If there are defects in the product or the product is not as described or as ordered, it will be accepted for return according to the policy defined below. Note that there is a short time limit for requesting returns so please check out the products upon receipt and report problems immediately by contacting Customer Service.
No other guarantees are made. We can not guarantee the availability of any item and prices are subject to change without notice, notwithstanding published items or prices.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have placed an order with The Coin Vault and wish to cancel the order, call (888)773-8873. If the order has already departed from our shipping department at the time of cancellation or the customer refuses shipment upon delivery, the customer is fully responsible and will be charged shipping to the destination and return to its origin. If the customer cancels the order before it has left our shipping department, there will be no charge.
PAYMENT POLICY
If we can not obtain a satisfactory authorization from your credit card company, we will delay filling your order. However, we will contact you about the situation and you can select another method of payment.
If you are paying by check, phoning in your credit card information or you have received a shipping quote, requiring continuation of the ordering process, we must receive payment or order completion within 7 days of the order placement or your order will be cancelled.
RETURNS AND ADJUSTMENTS
The Coin Vault provides each customer with a 30-day return period, beginning when you receive your shipment. This is provided to enable the customer enough time to determine if the order meets their expectations and satisfaction. If the item is not returned at the end of the 30-day period, the customer's order will be considered satisfactory and the purchase is final. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Factory sealed items cannot be returned if opened.
To return an item, call Customer Service at 888-773-8873 toll free to
receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please write this number on the outside of the package where it can be easily seen.

Items will NOT be accepted for return if any of the following conditions are NOT met.
Carrier packaging must be clearly identified with an RMA #.
Item(s) that were delivered slabed, in a case, sleeve, or other official packaging must be returned in the original packaging.
Graded coins or currency that were shipped in sealed protective and graded packaging must be returned in the same packaging.
Graded packaging must be in its original condition.

Personally identifiable information
When you make a purchase on our site, we ask you to provide the following information to TheCoinVault.Net, in order to complete your purchase:

* Type of credit card you are using
* Credit card number and expiration date, or other form of payment
Navigational Information
TheCoinVault.Net uses aggregate information from demographic surveys and traffic patterns to make improvements to our site. State-of-the-art comparison technology allows us to use this information to make recommendations to members based on previous traffic patterns and purchases. TheCoinVault.Net uses information only on an aggregate level and does not track information about individuals. Aggregate information may be shared with partners of TheCoinVault.Net to plan advertising or promotions. We do not share any individual information.
Cookies
A cookie is a small piece of information that web sites use to remember information about users. TheCoinVault.Net uses session cookies to provide continuity from page to page. Within a single visit, these cookies store information such as your shopping list to simplify checkout. They do not contain any personally identifying information unless you give us permission.
Data Sharing
TheCoinVault.Net does not provide any third party with any individually identifiable information other than that which is necessary to complete your order. Specifically, TheCoinVault.Net gives your name, shipping address, phone number, and order information to our shipping carrier. TheCoinVault.Net also supplies your name, billing address, and credit card information to the credit card processor who bills your account. TheCoinVault.Net has strict guidelines requiring all third parties to keep any shared personal information confidential.
Fair Credit Billing Act
"We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures."
